Do you have a sizing guide?
Max Gabriel's sizing guide is based on Australian standard sizing however each garment has its own set of measurements so please check the below sizing charts to thoroughly ensure that when the item arrives it fits perfectly.

Please take note that the Classic Business shirts are for the above sizes and more suited to the more full-bodied Man. The Contemporary Shirts will be more suited to the man who wears the above neck sizes but have slimmer torsos, they will be arriving shortly.
To measure your neck you will need a measuring tape and a mirror. Stand in front of the mirror and place the tape around the base of your neck. Bring both ends together, remembering to place one finger between your neck and the tape. Where the tape meets your neck that is the measurement. It's important to remember to place your finger between neck and tape as this will prevent your collar from being too restrictive.
Will the item fit me and how do I know what size I am?
If you go to the above measurements you can be very confidant, if you know your neck size, that our items will fit you. Alternatively you can measure your favourite shirt collar at home to achieve the correct measurement.
All deliveries within Australia will be made with Australian Post. Normally all deliveries of purchases are dispatched within 12 hours of receiving the order. If you require a tracking number, please message us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be provided with as much information regarding your order as possible. The relevant tracking sites for the postage methods are Australian Post.
All orders over $200.00 receive Complimentary Postage from Max Gabriel. If under $200.00 you postage cost is a flat fee of $10.00.
For all international deliveries Registered Air Mail (insured) is used as the delivery method, which takes between 3-14 business days to arrive. This is the safest way of international shipping available from Australia at this time. Registered Air Mail (insured) parcels are only trackable via your local postal service, once they arrive in your country. You will need to contact Max Gabriel at email@example.com prior to purchasing to receive the correct postage amount, we don't want our customers paying any more than they need to.
Any order over $200.00 receives complimentary postage.

My item hasn't arrived, what do I do??
Every item that is dispatched can be tracked as only safe, insured and trackable methods of delivery are utilised. If you feel that delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact Max gabriel at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll provide you with up-to-date tracking details.
In the event that a parcel is lost or delayed, Max gabriel Menswear take it up directly with the delivery company and send out a replacement immediately (if available) so you have nothing to worry about when ordering from Max Gabriel.
As per The Trade Practices Act listed by the ACCC, unfortunately we do not offer refunds under these circumstances:
* If you simply change your mind or
* Make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund or exchange where
* Garments are faulty;
* Have been wrongly described;
* Are different from the sample shown to you OR
* Do not do as they are supposed to
The being said, Max Gabriel always strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, therefore please contact us directly at email@example.com and you will become our priority to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
At Max Gabriel, measurement descriptions have been thoroughly presented. It is strongly recommend that our customers compare the measurements provided to a similar garment that they currently own, to ensure the garment fits on arrival and to avoid any lengthy exchange processes.
That being said, exchanges are given for different styles or sizes in the event this does happen, however buyers will be liable for all return costs. And the item must be returned intact and clean. For Australia customers, return postage via an Express Post satchel is the safest and fastest way to perform an exchange. Please include a spare satchel inside the package, which will be used to get your exchange sent out to you without further delay.
For all international customers wanting to exchange due to style or sizing issues, buyers will be liable for return postage costs, however please contact us to get a quote on postage for your exchange so we can find the safest and most cost effective delivery method back to you.
